phpBB help

I have a domain now: http://www.strategicwarfare.net/ and the forum I have is a phpbb2 and looks wrong. So I got this skin http://www.phpbb.com/styles/forum/index.php?style=175 and downloaded he .tpl files but not got a clue what I do now. Any help would be great
